DocZone Ads Manager

Terms of Use

The scope, access rules, and responsibilities for Doczone's private Google Ads management application.

Last updated

01Application and intended users

DocZone Ads Manager is Doczone's private, AI-assisted Google Ads management application. It connects authorized agency personnel to Google Ads through an MCP integration for account reporting, instructed changes, and keyword research where available.

These terms describe use of that application. This public website is informational: it does not offer account registration, provide a public management console, or sell access to the tool. Reading these pages does not connect an Ads account or create a paid service agreement.

02Authorized use

Use is limited to personnel authorized by Doczone and acting under the relevant client's instructions. Operators must have valid Google Ads access and an appropriate agency mandate. Possession of an OAuth token is not permission to act outside that mandate.

Do not share credentials, access another client's data without authorization, bypass access controls, upload patient records, submit unnecessary personal data to AI services, or use the application in violation of Google's policies or applicable law.

03Account changes and spending

The Google Ads authorization permits both reading data and making changes. Operators are responsible for checking the customer account, requested operation, and resulting configuration before and after an edit.

Campaign activation, budget increases, and other actions that can cause or increase spend require instructions from the account owner or an authorized representative. AI recommendations are not permission to spend. These are agency operating rules; this informational website does not enforce account-level spending limits.

Google may continue serving existing enabled campaigns if the integration is disconnected. To stop delivery, an authorized person must pause or otherwise stop the relevant campaigns in Google Ads. Advertising charges are separate from any agency fees and remain subject to the advertiser's agreement with Google.

04AI assistance and data handling

The workflow may send task-relevant Google Ads data to OpenAI to analyze reports and prepare actions. Operators must comply with the Privacy Policy, the applicable client agreement, and Google's data-use requirements. Google user data must not be used to train generalized AI models.

AI-generated recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is required before relying on recommendations or instructing changes. Historical keyword metrics and forecasts are estimates, not promises of future clicks, costs, appointments, or revenue.

05Availability and third-party services

Functionality depends on Google authorization, account permissions, API access levels, quotas, policies, and the availability of Google and the selected AI service. A listed function may be unavailable until the necessary API access is granted. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, authorization, or policy reasons.

Doczone is an independent operator. DocZone Ads Manager is not developed, endorsed, or operated by Google or OpenAI. Mentioning either provider does not imply certification or partnership.

06Ending access and support

You can remove OAuth access through Google Account connections. Client administrators can also withdraw Doczone's account permissions in Google Ads. Revocation and data deletion are separate; see the privacy choices and deletion procedure.

Contact doczone.de@gmail.com for support and legal@doczone.de for legal or privacy requests. Do not send secrets or patient information.

07Client agreements and updates

Agency fees, service scope, approval processes, confidentiality, liability, and processing obligations are governed by the separately agreed client contract and applicable law. These public application terms do not replace that contract or limit mandatory statutory rights.

Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting authorized use or data processing will be communicated to the relevant users before they take effect where required.
